About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Channel Operations and Reporting Analyst to join our team at Acronis. As a key member of our Channel Team, you will be responsible for providing critical analytics and reporting functions to support our global channel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Channel Leadership: Collaborate with our Channel Chief, Channel Program Managers, and Sales Leaders to provide business reporting and partner performance analysis.
  2. Develop Sales Dashboards: Create and manage sales dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics for sales and leadership teams.
  3. Analyze Channel KPIs: Analyze channel key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets to support the evaluation and improvement of channel performance.
  4. Provide Regular Reporting: Fulfill regular and ad-hoc reporting requests by creating timely, accurate, and clear reports, and enhance reports on an ongoing basis.
  5. Maintain Channel Operations Governance: Maintain and analyze channel operations governance reports related to partner levels in the Acronis Partner Program against qualification criteria.
  6. Support Partner Rebates Planning: Assist in the preparation of the partner rebates planning process for the Global Channel Team.
  7. Ensure Data Quality: Establish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  8. Implement Operations Processes: Support the effective implementation of operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Drive Automation Efforts: Identify areas for automation, create requirements, and drive automation efforts with the Cyber Systems Team.
  10. Support Sales Tools and Processes: Support the implementation of sales tools, policies, directions, and guidelines to standardize high-quality channel sales processes across the globe.
  11. Collaborate with Global Channel Team: Support the Global Channel Team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on sales/channel operations experience.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint, good understanding of statistics, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Studies, or Computer Science.
