We are seeking a highly skilled Global Channel Operations and Reporting Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Channel Leadership: Provide business reporting and partners performance analysis to the Channel Chief, Channel Program Managers, and Sales Leaders.
  2. Develop Sales Dashboards: Create and manage sales dashboards to give visibility to sales and leadership on managed metrics.
  3. Analyze Channel KPIs: Analyze channel KPIs against targets to support the evaluation and improvement of channel performance.
  4. Generate Reports: Fulfill regular and ad hoc reporting requests by creating timely, accurate, and clear reports.
  5. Enhance Reports: Continuously enhance reports on an ongoing basis.
  6. Maintain Governance Reports: Maintain and analyze channel operations governance reports related to partner levels in Acronis Partner Program against qualification criteria.
  7. Support Partner Rebates: Assist in the preparation of the partner rebates planning process for the Global Channel Team.
  8. Ensure Data Quality: Establish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  9. Implement Operations Processes: Support the effective implementation of operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  10. Drive Automation: Identify areas for automation, create requirements, and drive automation efforts with the Cyber Systems Team.
  11. Support Sales Tools: Support the implementation of sales tools, policies, directions, and guidelines to standardize high-quality channel sales processes across the globe.
  12. Collaborate with Global Channel Team: Support the Global Channel Team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Sales / Channel Operations experience.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint.
  3. Statistical Knowledge: Good understanding of Statistics - developing and studying methods for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting empirical data.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  5. Analytical Skills: Structured approach with strong analytical skills.
  6. CRM Experience: Familiar with CRM tools and systems, especially SFDC.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  8. Cultural Competence: Ability to deal with ambiguity across multi-country/cultural environments.
  9. Positive Attitude: Highly positive personality and ready to deal with conflict constructively.
  10. Hands-on Role: Comfortable with a hands-on role.
