Join Glovo's Team as a Tech Partners Account Manager

Glovo is a fast-growing multi-category app connecting millions of users with businesses, and couriers, offering on-demand services from more than 170,000 local restaurants, grocers, and supermarkets, and high street retail stores. We operate in more than 1500 cities across 25 countries.

As a Tech Partners Account Manager, you will be responsible for defining the global strategy to follow for tech players and coordinating/aligning with the core business. You will manage our current portfolio of 60+ global tech partnerships and work with these partners to bring new business to On-Demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the global strategy to follow for tech players and coordinate/align with the core business
  • Manage our current portfolio of 60+ global tech partnerships and work with these partners to bring new business to On-Demand
  • Working closely with Country leads, map and identify key players/opportunities to keep growing. Develop agreements with these new target partners
  • Work with expansion team to build partnerships in newly launched markets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultancy
  • Creative problem solver, data-driven, analytical
  • Project management skills, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to understand complex needs and translate between partners and technical teams. Comfortable working with technical product and API integration teams
  • Accountability and ownership for partnerships - can understand the entire environment and identify where to take actions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated by working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace and multiple responsibilities
  • Fluent English (Spanish + any other languages are a plus)
