  • Expand the local market by independently managing project sales and providing guidance to the sales team.">
  • Promote and market products to key stakeholders in the energy storage sector.">
  • Analyze and evaluate the North American energy storage market, identifying opportunities for growth.">
  • Organize and deliver internal training programs to strengthen team capabilities.">
  • Support external technical exchanges to enhance product adoption and client engagement.">
  • Negotiate and sign contracts while ensuring timely payment collection.">
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.">
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to maintain market insight.">

    • In this role, you will be responsible for developing large clients from scratch (0-1 development experience).">
    • You will create customer organization authority maps, understanding decision-making structures within organizations.">
    • You will possess strong customer relationship building and project management skills.">

    • You will be proficient in cross-departmental collaboration and communication.">
    • You will have strong market insight abilities, including understanding industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.">

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the energy storage industry, with familiarity with top integrators, developers, investors, and electric companies (preferred).">
  • Native level of Chinese.">
  • Alternatively, sales experience in the photovoltaic (solar) industry, with the ability to connect with clients needing energy storage solutions.">
  • Expertise in developing large clients from scratch (0-1 development experience).">
  • Ability to create customer organization authority maps, understanding decision-making structures within organizations.">
  • Strong customer relationship building and project management skills.">
  • Exceptional business negotiation skills and ability to close deals.">
  • Proficient in cross-departmental collaboration and communication.">

What We Offer
