**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the expansion of our local market within the energy storage industry at Salve Consulting.

This role requires a results-driven individual capable of independently managing project sales, setting sales targets, and providing strategic guidance to ensure growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the energy storage or photovoltaic (solar) industry and be fluent in Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the local market by independently managing project sales and providing guidance to the sales team.
  • Set sales targets, propose strategic expansion plans, and drive their implementation.
  • Build and maintain customer profiles, conduct sales forecasts, and collect market intelligence.
  • Promote and market products to key stakeholders in the energy storage sector.
  • Analyze and evaluate the North American energy storage market, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Organize and deliver internal training programs to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Support external technical exchanges to enhance product adoption and client engagement.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts while ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the energy storage industry with familiarity with top integrators, developers, investors, and electric companies.
  • Familiarity with the photovoltaic (solar) industry and ability to connect with clients needing energy storage solutions.
  • Expertise in developing large clients from scratch (0-1 development experience).
  • Ability to create customer organization authority maps and understand decision-making structures within organizations.
  • Strong customer relationship building and project management skills.
  • Exceptional business negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Proficient in cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
  • Strong market insight abilities, including understanding industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
