About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our sales team at Gucci. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
    • Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills and customer service
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention
    • Train team members on customer service best practices and ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage Store Operations
    • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Manage store budgets and resources
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
