About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Retail Sales Leader to join our team at Luxury Goods Spain, S.L. as a Gucci Team Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with clients and drive repeat business.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales trends to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales.
  • Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Director and Operations team to ensure seamless store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to Client Advisors to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales reports and identify business trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
