About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Retail Sales Leader to join our team at Luxury Goods Spain, S.L. as a GUCCI Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure their development and motivation.
    • Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance to Client Advisors.
    • Lead Store Morning Briefings to communicate key business information and daily objectives.
  • Client Focus
    • Develop a client engagement mindset to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Lead the execution of clienteling activities with the team, developing actions to reach clear goals and KPIs.
    • Monitor Client Advisor performance and work with them to ensure clienteling excellence.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Monitor the performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
    • Partner with the Store Director and Merchandising team to provide effective feedback on products and stock situation.
    • Partner with the Store Director and Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential while maintaining store image and merchandising guidelines.
  • Operations
    • Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and other cross-functional departments to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Provide accurate monthly schedules and leadership zoning to ensure adequate floor coverage.
    • Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the WW headquarters.
  • Requirements
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
    • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
    • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
