About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our Luxury Goods Spain, S.L. team in Barcelona. As a GUCCI Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Client Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director and Visual Merchandising team to maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a cohesive brand image.
  • Partner with the Training team to ensure Client Advisors have the necessary product knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify business trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences, build loyalty, and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Passion for the Fashion Industry.
  • Ability to inspire and influence a team, with an entrepreneurial vision, and high level of integrity and professionalism.
