Job Title: Gucci Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve business objectives and provide superior client experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve client engagement, and enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and support company initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences, build loyalty, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the Fashion Industry and ability to inspire and influence a team.
