This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in trade and transaction reporting, providing RegTech solutions to banks, brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, and corporates.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer experience to a broad range of clients, ensuring fast and effective management of client workflows.
- Communicate with clients, answer regulatory queries, and resolve daily reporting issues.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner and ensure follow-up and resolution.
- Assist in validation or UAT for issue resolution.
- Work on client-specific projects.
- Client-facing experience in financial services, preferably with knowledge of transaction reporting.
- Ability to grasp concepts of a technical nature.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Understanding of SQL, API, and other vendor systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to listen, learn quickly, and demonstrate initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
