About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integrations, with at least 3 years focused on WorkForce Software (WFS). If you have a certification in PT103: WorkForce Software Integrations, advanced knowledge of SQL, and experience in using JavaScript for integration and automation scripts, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement integration solutions that meet specific customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration of WFS with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and configure integration interfaces using standard and custom technologies, ensuring correct transmission and transformation of data between WFS and external systems.
  • Monitor and maintain existing integrations to guarantee their operational continuity, solving any performance problems or integration failures.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
