We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at CPM International. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Swedish and Norwegian.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. You will work collaboratively with our clients to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and products, and to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service and support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Swedish and Norwegian
