Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's UK Operations team as a Senior Operations Coordinator for East UK Regional Leadership. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders, managing complex calendars, arranging international travel itineraries, and coordinating meetings with global counterparts.
About the Role- Provide executive support to the DSP director and other senior staff based in continental Europe
- Arrange international travel itineraries and hotel bookings
- Support schedule and calendar planning
- Interact with Amazon counterparts globally to arrange meetings and conference calls
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive-level calendar management
- Ability to make timely decisions using independent judgment
