Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Trade Marketing Analyst to help create and coordinate different actions and materials to implement our MKT plan in cooperation with various departments and partners. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that materials are properly created, delivered, and actions are well executed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement MKT actions between different partners in a B2B environment
  • Coordinate requests and actions with other Exoticca departments (such as Design, Copy,...)
  • POC for Branding Department
  • Designing and delivery of creativities
  • Guarantee proper and timely delivery of assets
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Prepare and deliver on insights required by management
  • Support on the design, development and execution of projects in selected Partners

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with different teams to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload
  • Excel, G-Analytics, and Microsoft Office medium level
  • Adobe, InDesign, Canva, and Photoshop advanced level
