We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team at Atos Se. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and assistance to resolve their issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients
- 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of IT systems and software applications
- Customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse range of clients
