Service Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team at Atos Se. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and assistance to resolve their issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software applications
  • Customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse range of clients
