Job Title: IT Service Desk

At Movilges, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Desk professional to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in various environments, including Windows, web, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Utilize ticketing tools to track and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
  • FP2 in Informática or similar degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL-Developer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
