Service Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Agent to join our team at Atos. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and assistance to resolve their issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage knowledge management documentation and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our technical platforms and services
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills, including microcomputing, networks, and servers
  • Fluency in Spanish and technical English
