Software Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Asset Manager to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our Software Asset Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with software vendors and their license use rights, as well as optimizing software risk and spend.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with stakeholders to promote and maintain SAM awareness and best practices.
- Work with Product Managers and Product Line Leads to identify software optimization opportunities and develop strategies to improve software value delivery.
- Develop and maintain governance processes to ensure awareness and compliance within the user community and asset owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software asset management processes and tools.
- Significant experience working with virtual teams in a cross-functional organization.
- Demonstrated customer, quality, cost, and delivery focus.
- Advanced analytics, gap analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex terms and concepts.
- Good understanding of IT environments, desktops, virtualization, servers, cloud, and SaaS.
