Our Challenge

We're looking for a talented Vendor Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation Management Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring vendor success throughout the partnership onboarding and product implementation journey.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Vendor Managers in the negotiation and closing process, taking ownership of newly-signed vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and lead training for new users to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure clients are optimizing the product for maximum benefit.
  • Share vendor learnings and feedback with product and marketing teams to drive activities toward acquisition and engagement.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Sales team to share opportunities and insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in a project management role.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Experience in both internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Open and natural communicator who can articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Strong work ethic with a motivation to improve and grow.
  • Proven skillset in technical implementation and sales mentality.
