Criteo is seeking a highly organized and efficient Vendor Data Specialist to join our Finance Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our Vendor Master Data for all of Criteo's entities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation, update, and deletion of vendors in compliance with SOX standards.
  • Ensure vendor data is accurate and up-to-date, aligning with contracts signed by the Business Development, Procurement, and Purchasing teams.
  • Clean, upgrade, and update the vendor master database using our screening compliance tool to ensure compliance with the Know Your Supplier (KYS) process.
  • Process and manage company card expenses and queries in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Identify gaps and escalate issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
