About the Role

In this pivotal position as Business Development Manager at Hadron Labs, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence by securing influential clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving long-term growth. Your expertise in the DeFi ecosystem and ability to navigate the blockchain industry will be invaluable in this position.

Responsibilities
  1. Acquire new users among Liquid funds, Individual whales, DAOs, and other top token holders, fostering a strong network of relationships within the DeFi community.
  2. Nurture customer relationships to discover new opportunities and grow business with them, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Establish new partnerships with DeFi projects, wallets, custodians, and self-custody platforms, expanding Hadron Labs' reach and influence within the industry.
  4. Create and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve business development goals, leveraging your analytical skills to inform your decision-making.
  5. Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, ensuring Hadron Labs remains at the forefront of the DeFi landscape.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with marketing campaigns, maximizing the impact of our efforts.
  7. Represent the company at industry events: Attend conferences, webinars, and other events to network and promote the protocol, further establishing Hadron Labs as a leader in the DeFi space.
Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem, with familiarity with various blockchains, DeFi platforms, and basic blockchain analytics.
  • 2+ years in Business Development role within the industry, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong network and relationships within the blockchain industry, including key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Robust existing connections in the DeFi and wider Web3 community, with a proven ability to build and maintain strategic alliances.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and lead successful negotiations.
  • Strategic thinker, able to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and secure key partnerships.
