Crew Travel Coordinator

Job Purpose
Crew Travel Agents play a crucial role in Crew Operations, reporting to the Crew Optimizations Manager. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all travel needs of schedule routes published are covered by flight crew and cabin crew, complying with legal limitations and Company agreement.
Main Accountabilities
- To guarantee that all travel requirements of published routes are met by flight crew and cabin crew, adhering to legal constraints and Company agreements.
- Booking flights, hotels, cars, ground transportation, rail, and other travel arrangements.
- Performing general administrative tasks associated with travel coordination.
- Participating in Operations Control projects as required.
- Having a working knowledge of crew agreements and roster policies.
Requirements
- Relevant education will be considered.
Experience
- Relevant experience will be considered.
Competencies
• Teamwork and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the tools implemented by the department.
• Flexible, decisive, and rigorous. Also functional and strict following procedures.
• Analytic profile with attention to details.
• Basic knowledge of Crew Control areas tasks.
Languages
- English: C1
- Spanish: C1 at least
Working Conditions
- Working hours in morning, evening, night shifts.
