Your application for this position is currently under review. About the Role

The objective is to contribute to and be part of the team responsible for supporting and executing customer services activities, ensuring that output is accurate and on time. Your responsibilities will be focused on providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use HR expertise to advise clients on queries and issues, ensuring a good understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks.
  • Where applicable, ensure data management is performed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure tickets and calls are responded to within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
  • Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in the documentation. Support the updating of DWIs.
  • SOC Controls should be completed on time, with necessary evidence provided.
  • All system issues/defects should be reported correctly, with tickets logged with the necessary details and evidence so Application Services and/or Products can investigate.
  • Highlight any deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
  • Able to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to the Service Manager.
  • Built good relationships with internal stakeholders and keep them up-to-date when needed.
Requirements
  • 100% Attainment of customer SLA agreements.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly.
  • Adherence to all Security and Compliance procedures and quality standards.
  • Be accountable, take advantage of opportunities, and demonstrate personal responsibility and eagerness to explore and acquire necessary skills.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary range for this role to be around €45,000-€55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a total rewards package, continuing education and training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
