Administrative Support Specialist with French and English

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of customer experience solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Barcelona. As a key member of the team, you will work on behalf of a world-renowned leader in the life sciences industry, providing high-quality research products to laboratories worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:
- Track shipments using logistic company/courier online tracking tools and keep customers/sales reps updated on delivery dates, including any changes.
- Ensure deliveries are complete and on time for planned installation dates.
- Work with local country and preferred 3rd party providers to obtain quotations based on customer orders and synchronize shipments and transfers.
- Submit relevant 3PP requests in the prescribed tool and format and follow up to reduce customer quotation delays.
- Maintain and support CRM databases for increased efficiency, cleaning old/incorrect data during off-peak hours.
- Perform other country/region-specific non-standard administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Administrative studies are a plus.
- C2 level of French and English.
- Experienced user in SAP/SAP CRM.
- Quick to learn new processes and tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the appropriate language.
- Motivation and personality for seeking customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
