Job Title: AR Specialist with English and French

Page Personnel is seeking an experienced AR Specialist with English and French language skills to join our team in Barcelona.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled AR Specialist to manage and control AR debt, create and follow-up on Aging Reports, and contact customers to resolve internal issues with invoices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in similar positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control AR debt of defined areas
  • Create and follow-up on Aging Reports
  • Contact with customers to resolve internal issues with invoices
  • Invoice Adjustments
  • Management of Bad Debt Accrual
  • Enter Receipts and apply to invoices by customer (Aging and Oracle)
  • Generate Auto-adjustments
  • Resolve issues regarding Accounts Receivables
  • Report uncollectable invoices to local controller for approval to adjust
  • Run and Review Receivables Reports
  • Reconcile Aging with GL before closing
  • Reconcile and report IC AR balances
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Enter Bank Statements on a daily basis
  • Enter Miscellaneous Receipts (taxes, bank expenses, etc.)
  • Reconcile Bank Statements on a monthly basis
Requirements:
  • Fluent level of English and French
  • Administrative degree or equivalent
  • Experience in similar position
  • Good level of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
