Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist with French and English

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of customer experience solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist with French and English language proficiency to join our team in Barcelona.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Track shipments using logistic company/couriers online tracking tools and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to submit relevant requests and follow up on customer quotations.
  • Perform CRM database maintenance and support to ensure efficient data management.
  • Assist with country/region specific administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Administrative studies are a plus.
  • Native level of French and English.
  • Experience with SAP/SAP CRM is a must.
  • Quick learning skills and ability to adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Motivation and personality to deliver customer satisfaction and resolution.
