Administrative Support Specialist with French and English

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of customer experience solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Barcelona. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to clients in the life sciences industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Collaborate with local country teams to synchronize shipments and transfers.
- Manage CRM databases and perform data cleaning tasks to increase efficiency.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Administrative studies or equivalent experience.
- Native level of French and English.
- Experience with SAP/SAP CRM systems.
- Quick learning skills and ability to adapt to new processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
