Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Barcelona. As an Administrative Support Specialist with French and English, you will be working on behalf of our client, a world-renowned leader in the field of life sciences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Track shipments using logistic company/couriers online tracking tools and keep customers/sales reps updated with delivery dates, including changes.
  • Ensure deliveries are complete and on time for planned installation dates.
  • Work with local country and 3rd party providers to gain quotations and synchronize shipments and transfers.
  • Submit relevant requests in the prescribed tool and format and follow up to reduce customer quotation delays.
  • Maintain and support CRM databases for increased efficiency.
  • Perform other country/region specific non-standard admin tasks.
Requirements
  • Administrative studies are a plus.
  • Native level of French and English.
  • Experienced user in SAP/SAP CRM.
  • Quick to learn new processes and tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in the appropriate language.
  • Motivation and personality for seeking customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
