Job Title: Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Monopoly GO team at our Sevilla studio hub. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our office environment and experiences consistently reflect the ethos of our game and the expectations of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute team offsites, ensuring a seamless and outstanding experience for all attendees.
  • Plan and execute our annual team offsite, conceptualizing, planning, and implementing every detail to create a memorable experience for the team.
  • Establish clear processes for event organization and ensure that all relevant team artifacts and documents are regularly updated and accessible to all team members.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for team SWAG, sourcing, designing, and distributing merchandise and branded items that resonate with the team's culture and game themes.

Requirements:

  • Data-driven decision-making mindset, quick learner, and self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong sense of customer commitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent soft skills to build trusted relationships.
  • Basic understanding of technical integrations.
  • Flexibility in working in an ever-growing and changing environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and suggest solutions.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • High curiosity and drive to learn constantly.
