Digital Solutions Coordinator

At Toppan Digital Language, we're seeking a highly skilled Vendor Management Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our linguist teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of our language solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates with suitable vendors and update our database with accurate information in a timely manner.
- Work closely with our Project Management, Operations, and Business Development teams to support recruitment needs.
- Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs.
- Monitor resource performance and provide feedback where required.
- Recruit and allocate vendors for projects based on client criteria.
- Identify resource gaps and proactively recruit subject matter specialists to expand our talent pool.
- Conduct regular key account reviews with PMs to ensure availability and retention of key resources at competitive rates.
- Provide timely KPI reports.
- Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gaps.
- Actively participate in and support business development efforts and client meetings as well as other departments.
- Ownership and maintenance of corresponding Vendor Management processes.
- Participate in mentoring or training of junior colleagues.
- Support Director and other Team Coordinators in daily team management.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and ideally one other language, both spoken and written, are preferred for this position.
- 4+ years of Vendor Management experience.
- People management experience preferred.
- Experience with market research clients preferred.
