About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Cocomore. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for delivering digital marketing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Understand clients' objectives, consumer/user needs, and creative/technical solutions
  • Convey product vision to the team and refine it with colleagues
  • Embrace digital marketing trends and turn them into valuable opportunities for clients
  • Develop and prioritize the backlog to align with business, product, and brand strategy
  • Take end-to-end business responsibility for digital marketing programs and platforms
  • Empower teams by coaching on agile ways of working, providing vision, direction, and methodology
  • Assess value/return on investment, prioritize epics and stories, and manage cost proposal process, budgets, and budget alignment
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital consultancy, start-up incubator, or comparable environment
  • Sound understanding of web technologies and digital product development, as well as know-how in dealing with comprehensive set of agile methods
  • Agile mindset and substantial experience working in agile web platforms or communication projects
  • Convincing portfolio and proven track record of client projects
  • Skilled yet pragmatic way of handling agile approaches and tools with focus on results and delivery
  • Great presentation skills and willingness to use them
  • Team player attitude and willingness to constantly improve yourself and your work
  • Fluent in German and English
