About the Team

You will lead a global team of members within the ZF Aftermarket Digital Solutions business line. You can expect an open-minded global team with a high entrepreneurial attitude that wants to drive transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global 'Universal Marketplace' organization with adherent global marketplace communities of our Aftermarket Division.
  • Develop, execute, and improve business plan and strategy with focus on positioning ZF optimally in the parts B2B marketplace landscape.
  • Build, manage, and refine global 'Universal Marketplace' business unit as pioneer with clear USP, full-coverage listings, CX-optimized, and AI-driven digital product.
  • Monitor and improve business and financial performance of Marketplace.
  • Represent universal marketplace in public domain and in ZF Group.
  • Build, coach, grow, retain, and inspire an agile, diverse, and high-performing Universal Marketplace team.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Degree in General Management or a similar field.
  • Industry & Leadership Experience: Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and several years in leading teams on a global level.
  • Analytical skills and KPI driven: The ability to set clear and challenging goals.
  • Team Player and Customer-centric attitude: High influencing and impacting skills.
  • Intra- & Interpersonal skills: Strong global networking skills.
  • Inclusive Leadership & DEI: You are an inclusive & empowering leader.
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English.
