Highly Skilled Technical Ambassador for Board Platform

Board Deutschland Gmbh, a leading provider of Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management solutions, is seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Product Support Specialist to join its Support Team.
As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers and business partners. This includes investigating complex incidents, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing expert knowledge on the Board platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with experience working with SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management software. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience
You will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with other departments, such as Software Development and Professional Services, to resolve complex technical issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, while contributing to the success of our customers.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- First experience with SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
