Role Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Product Support Trainee, you will deliver expert telephone-based technical and application assistance to users of our analyzers within the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology divisions. Your role will involve:
- Ensuring effective communication and follow-up with customers to facilitate quick resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Collaborating proactively with clients to enhance their experience with our products.
- Working remotely while the company provides necessary equipment.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Students pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering and/or Biomedicine.
- Eligible to establish curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements.
- Proficient in Spanish and English (conversational and strong writing skills); proficiency in Portuguese is essential.
- Demonstrated proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Genuine interest in emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
