Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage clinical trials from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GCP, ICH, and local regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including study managers, data managers, and biostatisticians, to deliver high-quality results.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including sponsors, investigators, and site staff.
  5. Provide training and support to site staff on clinical trial procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.

• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and local regulations.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
