About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at LittleBig Connection. This role is a unique opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer success management within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop client portfolios while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to use more of our services and collaborate with sales teams on expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and understanding their needs.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and create actionable strategies that will lead to increased retention rates.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers, showcasing new features and upgrades as they become available.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure consistency in delivering company-wide goals.
  • Evaluate and enhance tutorials and other communication infrastructure such as FAQs or Knowledge Base articles based on feedback from customers or personal observations during interactions with them.
Requirements
  • You're an ambitious individual who thrives on challenges.
  • As a recent graduate or someone looking for their first step into the world of Customer Success Management, you hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in related fields like Business Administration or Computer Science, but we value diverse educational backgrounds as well.
  • You're fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset that allows you to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • You're comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift rapidly as we grow our business.
  • Experience or knowledge of CRM software would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
