The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern at our Depot in Derio - Bilbao.

As an International Operations Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. You will also be involved in front-office and back-office activities, including customer service and sales, operations handling, quality control, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, and upsell road trip extras.
  • Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
  • Quality Control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.
  • Support Activities: Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Requirements:

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
  • You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and are comfortable with getting your hands dirty.
