### Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern at our Depot in Derio - Bilbao. As an integral part of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless campervan experiences, and contributing to the growth and development of our company.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide world-class customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Manage front-office activities, including customer service and sales, check-ins, and check-outs
* Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras
* Maintain campervans in top condition, identifying and addressing maintenance or repair needs
* Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues
### Ideal Candidate
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
* Fluent in English, with a valid driver's license and work permit
* Strong customer service orientation, with a natural talent for connecting with people
* Problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to create solutions and adapt to new situations
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
