About the Role

The ConnectMe Sales Representative is a sales professional responsible for enhancing accessibility to product and service solutions for customers, thereby improving the overall Surgical Innovations customer experience with technology-enabled, innovative remote selling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Grow and maintain SI sales revenue for selected products and accounts while supporting sales execution in instrumentation across various accounts.
- Work closely with the Field Sales & Marketing Team, Key Account Managers (KAM), Integrated Health Solutions (IHS), and the tender organization (if applicable).

A Day in the Life

- Proactively work on Market Analytics and Market Research around customers, competitors, and general market trends for Andalucia and Canary Islands.
- Translate the results of market insights into a clear prioritization of sales activity.

Requirements

- B.A. degree in a business relevant discipline and/or relevant business experience.
- 2+ years of remote sales experience in Medical Devices or a High-Tech environment.
- Field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices industry is optional.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with customers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills over the phone.
- Occasional travel (up to 20%) to selected accounts in the country required.
- Driving license.
