Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects of medium to high complexity, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with program management, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met regarding time, budget, and quality.
Responsibilities
• Ensure efficient project work, combining classic and agile methodologies.
• Assume responsibility for interdisciplinary and cross-unit project management tasks.
• Collaborate with disciplinary and functional managers to lead a global project team.
• Drive RfI and RfP processes to ensure project staffing by external partners.
• Manage Change Requests, including approval processes and adjustments to project planning and communication.
• Perform Project Risk Management to secure project success through early and constant evaluation of risk and opportunity development.
• Support business relationship management and improve relations with operational business units and corporate functions.
• Perform Communication and Change Management activities within the project.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business and economics or computer science or a comparable education.
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, or management roles.
• Strong analytical skills, customer orientation, and excellent communication skills.
