Project Manager Cyber Security

BASF Digital Hub Madrid is a hub for innovation and digital transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Cyber Security team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects of medium to high complexity, from conceptualization to completion.
  • Collaborate with program management, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Lead a project team in a global environment, setting up the project organization and staffing the team.
  • Drive RfI and RfP Processes in collaboration with the functional project team members and Procurement.
  • Manage Change Requests, including approval processes and adjustments to project planning and communication.
  • Perform Project Risk Management to secure project success by early and constant evaluation of risk and opportunity development.
  • Support business relationship management and improve relations with operational business units and corporate functions.
  • Perform Communication and Change Management activities in the project.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in business and economics or computer science or a comparable education.
  • Several years of experience in project management, preferably in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills, customer orientation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and entrepreneurially.
  • Outstanding language skills in English.
