Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to lead projects of medium to high complexity. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with program management, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring efficient project work, including classic and agile methodologies
  • Assuming responsibility for interdisciplinary and cross-unit project management tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with project goals regarding time, budget, and quality
  • Leading a global project team, setting up the project organization, and staffing the team
  • Driving RfI and RfP processes to ensure project staffing by external partners
  • Managing Change Requests, including approval processes and adjustments to project planning and communication
  • Performing Project Risk Management to secure project success
  • Supporting business relationship management and improving relations with operational business units and corporate functions
  • Performing Communication and Change Management activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business and economics, computer science, or a comparable education
  • Several years of experience in project management, preferably in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, or a similar field
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong customer and service orientation, and outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and entrepreneurially, question current processes, and welcome new trends and innovations
  • Outstanding language skills in English
