About the Opportunity

- As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to customers across various platforms, including self-service kiosks, mobile applications, and online products.">
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting internal and external customer issues, diagnosing root causes, and providing timely resolutions.">
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Platform, Microsoft Office, and Network communication is required.">
- You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Project Management.">
- A highly self-disciplined and motivated individual with excellent analytical skills is needed to excel in this role.">
- The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in technical support, with proficiency in English and Spanish.">
- A BA/AA degree in computer science or a related field is strongly preferred, along with A+/Network+ Certifications.">
- This position requires excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.">
- Experience with ticketing platforms such as Salesforce and JIRA is also desired.">
Compensation and Benefits

- We offer a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience.">
