Genesys Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Technical Consultant to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation and Configuration: Deploy and configure Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Manage the end-to-end implementation process, encompassing solution design, technical specifications, system configuration, testing, rollout, and post-rollout support.
- Solution Customization: Tailor solutions to meet client-specific requirements by leveraging features provided by Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud.
- Technical Expertise: Offer expertise and best practices to address technical questions and topics related to Genesys solutions.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide support for pre-sales activities, including requirement elicitation and analysis.
- Effort Estimation: Estimate efforts for change requests and new solution implementations.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in networking and SIP-based solutions, expertise in web services and API integrations, and a minimum of one Genesys certification.
- Experience: Over two years of hands-on experience in Genesys configuration, engineering, and customization.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrated problem-solving skills, independent and reliable work approach, flexible and self-motivated personality, and highest standards of personal and professional integrity.
