**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Security Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert security services to our customers and partners. Your primary focus will be on supporting our sales account team with security, privacy, and compliance discussions, explaining security policies, controls, and processes for Genesys solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support our sales account team with security, privacy, and compliance discussions
- Explain security policies, controls, and processes for Genesys solutions
- Join calls and meetings with prospects, customers, and partners to present and demo our security approach
- Own product security, privacy, and compliance questions and consulting engagements
- Contribute to security audits and assessments
- Collaborate with global and regional teams for timely completion of requests
- Support global Compliance teams for applicable external and customer audits
- Own planning, completion, and follow-ups of quarterly security reviews with regulated customers
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in security, privacy, and compliance. You should be able to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
