The Operations Manager/Hotel Resident Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. This leader guides the team to ensure all activities align with our standard operating procedures, working closely with management to develop staff, implement brand standards, and enhance our hotel's presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a 21-room hotel with 5 key roles, fostering a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest service, food and beverage, housekeeping, accounting, and admin operations.
- Collaborate with management to manage cost items and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Five years of solid experience in Front Office Operation or Duty/Resident Hotel Manager.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage cost items and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
