Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

Challenges: Maintaining regular contact and keeping customers engaged can be challenging. You will need to excel in managing your time to reach every customer consistently, making this role perfect for those who enjoy overcoming such challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone who is:
  • Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building connections with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
  • Possess a third-level qualification (degree) and a driving license.
  • Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Dutch, plus one of the following: French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.

The Role: Working on behalf of one of the world's largest toy and game manufacturers, known for their passion in creating the best toy soldiers. They pride themselves on their record-breaking sales of over €500 million last year. Benefits: Relocation support (€3,200 paid with the first month's salary), profit share bonus, pension plan, additional holidays, staff discount, Share Save scheme. The estimated salary for this position is approximately €32,000 per annum, gross salary including relocation support and benefits package.
