About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will work closely with our account managers to ensure seamless operations and maximize customer potential.

Responsibilities
  • Contact Potential Customers: Develop relationships with potential customers, provide relevant information, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Assist account managers with all administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
  • Client Tutor Allocation: Help account managers allocate new clients with suitable tutors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales team on joint projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to process improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Team Support: Work closely with our sales team to drive productivity and meet sales targets.
