**Job Description**

 

We are seeking an E-Bus Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Byd Europe. As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, we provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems, and related after-sales services.

The ideal candidate will support the Regional Sales Manager by assisting with project activities across all regions. This role involves collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, preparing essential documents, and providing assistance during tender, negotiation, and delivery processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support sales projects in the Iberian Market (Portugal + Spain)
  • Create project reporting and other project documents
  • Ensure sales processes are implemented and project status is maintained
  • Provide support during tender and final delivery stages
  • Assist customer communication, commercial, and technical interactions

Daily Tasks:

  • Develop a trusted partnership with colleagues and customers
  • Coordinate sales projects in the region and maintain clear information flow to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely updates
  • Address customer questions and concerns throughout the project
  • Perform tasks required for successful project completion

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, with proven success in coordinating multiple projects
  • Solid knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably the e-Bus market
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Chinese, English, and Spanish
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
